1. Pre-Production Verification:
All digital files must be approved for print, confirming correct dimensions (with bleed), resolution (minimum 150 DPI at final size), color mode (CMYK), and brand color accuracy. Material selection is verified against the event’s requirements (e.g., fire-retardancy, fabric weight, substrate rigidity). Proofs must be signed off by the client or project manager before fabrication commences.

2. Production Process Checks:
During printing, technicians monitor color consistency, alignment, and saturation to match the approved proof. Seams, hems, and grommets are inspected for straightness, secure attachment, and reinforcement. For tension fabric systems, graphics are checked for proper alignment and stretching. All hardware (poles, frames, connectors) is inspected for defects, completeness, and smooth operation.

3. Post-Production & Pre-Shipment Audit:
Each completed backdrop undergoes a final, detailed inspection under appropriate lighting. This includes:

Visual Integrity: No streaks, banding, smudges, or pixelation. Graphics are sharp and correctly positioned.
Structural Integrity: Seams are double-stitched and locked. Grommets are evenly spaced, securely set, and free of burrs. Velcro or fasteners are firmly attached.
Material Condition: Fabric is free of wrinkles, tears, or imperfections. Rigid panels are unscratched, with clean, flush edges.
Functionality: Easy assembly/disassembly. Proper fit with provided framework. Correct packing to prevent creasing or damage in transit.

4. Packaging & Documentation:
The backdrop must be packed in a designated, protective case or bag with clear labeling (client name, booth number, contents). All necessary assembly instructions and hardware are included.

Quality Assurance Sign-Off:
No unit leaves the facility without a final QC pass. A checklist is completed and filed for each project.
